Jeff LaBerge, CFA – My Story
Jeff LaBerge, CFA is based in San Diego, California. He is a versatile, transformational, and straight-shooting Operations and Finance executive with a 22-year career of leading and consulting with small to mid-size companies. Jeff has a unique blend of financial and operational skills that span across multiple industries, including investment, financial services, renewable energy, cleantech, real estate, agriculture, medical cannabis and healthcare in both start-up and established company environments. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Jeff’s Current & Previous Roles
Currently, Jeff is the Chief Operating Officer of CannaMed Panama, S.A., which is positioned to become a vertically integrated medical cannabis company in Panama City, Panama.
Previously, Jeff was the CEO as well as the co-founder of Viaspace California, Inc., a market leader in the newly established Industrial Hemp & CBD Industry. Jeff played a crucial role in Viaspace’s development and under his leadership, the company was one of the first to legally plant hemp in California.
Jeff LaBerge is responsible for the Company’s strategic direction as well as all business and regulatory decisions. He developed all aspects of the Company’s business plan and formed a strategic partnership with a large farmer/landowner providing 105 acres to cultivate in 2019 with the ability to expand significantly.
